Fullerton Union High School

Mr. Caffrey has been working in education for 28 years. Prior to his appointment to Principal, Mr. Caffrey served FUHS from 2020 to 2024 as Assistant Principal of Student Activities (APSA) and Assistant Principal of Instruction & Operations (APIO).  

Mr. Caffrey joined the district back in 2009 as a Special Education teacher and Head Football Coach at Sunny Hills High School.  In 2013, he took over as the school's Athletic Director and served in that position until 2020. Prior to joining the district, Mr. Caffrey was the Head Football coach, Head Baseball coach, and Athletic Director at Whittier Christian High School.  

Mr. Caffrey and his wife Deanna live in Placentia and have 4 children; Jessica (27), Bryce (25), Faith (22), and Cade (22).
