Please use the Fundraiser Revenue Potential Form if your club or organization is hosting a fundraiser. This form must be submitted two weeks in advance of the planned fundraising activity. Once completed, please print out your form, sign it and turn the form in to Justin Montoya in the Administration Office for approval and calendaring.

Use of Facilities Requests are for events occurring after 3:00 PM, events hosted by Boosters or other outside organizations, events on weekends or holidays/non-school days, and events occurring in the Auditorium or the FUHS Stadium.
