Graduation Requirements
Program Requirements for Graduation from the STEM Scholars
- Completion of 4 Years of Science and Mathematics Classes with a STEM coursework G.P.A of 3.0 or above (2.5 or above for honors/AP/IB courses)
- STEM Scholars Membership (must attend a minimum of 1 meeting per month)
- Student must earn a minimum of 12 Scholars points through any combination of STEM activities described below:
- Attendance at a single day STEM workshop (1 point)
- Participation in a multi-day summer STEM workshop (2 points)
- Participation in a ten-plus hour STEM job shadow or internship (2 points for every 10 hours)
- Participation in Science Olympiad (2 points)
- Participation in FUHS Science Night (1 point)
- Completion of a Senior Reflection.
